Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure sufficient preparation time, all appointments must be booked a minimum of 6 hours in advance. Management reserves the right to cancel any class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time in the event of no bookings or a need to reschedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that plans change. You may cancel or rebook your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Mandatory Assessment: You will receive an Intake Form via email upon booking. This must be completed prior to your first class to ensure our coach knows exactly what you need.
