Been going to the 8AM Saturday class at Labrador Park with my wife — it’s high-intensity bodyweight & functional training focused on building strong legs, upper body, and a solid core.
 

It’s tough, and you definitely burn a lot of calories. Not an easy workout, but that’s the point… you really feel the difference after.

Great vibe, good mix of men & women, and overall really solid energy in the group.
 

First class is only $15 (then $35), so definitely worth trying.
